We just generate an invoice and send this invoice to credit card operatior. You can confirm or reject this invoice, but these actions will be made on the site of card operator. We recieve only information if this invoice is confirmed or rejected! The companies autorized to make such kind of card payments have strict rules and requirements, and they do not depend of us.
